With BioPharm Systems' managed services, we manage, maintain and support your servers and Oracle Health Sciences applications for one monthly fee, whether your equipment is on-site or hosted in our data centers. We also offer a hybrid approach - we can host some of your equipment in a data center, while we manage others on-site.

Our knowledge of Oracle's suite of clinical and safety applications is unparalleled - we have been implementing, integrating, upgrading, validating, and maintaining these systems since 1995 in highly regulated environments and in a manner that can withstand potential compliance audits.

The managed services we offer include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting: Take advantage of our IT infrastructure and eliminate the hassle, cost, and resources required to purchase and maintain your own equipment. We can host your clinical and safety applications in a state-of-the-art data center and provide a comprehensive set of services to manage them.

• Server and Application Management: We proactively update, back up, monitor, and manage all your servers and applications remotely. Every aspect is monitored and issues can be identified and fixed before they can cause a problem. You can rest assured knowing your data and systems are being monitored and protected 24/7 from our dedicated support team.

• Application Support / Help Desk: Get quick support by telephone or submit and track a help ticket through the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our unique application support system. We can fix most problems remotely, so that you can be back up and running without having to wait for a technician to come to your office. We can help with both application and server issues. Our support team is based in the United States and Europe.

• On-site Support and Emergency Response: We can provide scheduled visits from our team of experts to perform routine service and optimization of your applications and servers. We can also provide emergency visits for unforeseen failures, troubleshooting, and repairs.
