Biopharm System's Oracle RDC Practice provides our clients
with many services which make the paradigm shift to paper-free clinical studies transparent and easier to accomplish.
We work closely with your team, lending them our expertise on the industry and the products. Among the services we offer are:
- Sponsor Training: Both public and sponsor training on Oracle’s RDC product that provides details on how Oracle RDC
can be tailored and configured. We utilize a training database at our California facility for use with hands on training and demonstrations.
- Configuration Workshops: Help sponsor organizations determine how to setup RDC for their associates as well as for investigators.
- Site Training: A custom training course offered a in variety of ways including attendance at investigator meetings,
individualized training for coordinators and investigators at their office, train the trainer sessions or any combination of the above.
Our consultants can help determine the best approach.
- Help Desk Support: Provides assistance to sites and sponsor personnel with initial system setup and ongoing support during trial activities.
- System Validation: Performed by our Quality Assurance team or by sponsor personnel following our Validation suite.
- Custom Development: Enhancing the Oracle base product to custom fit sponsor needs. For example, news alerts and links to
protocol information can assist site personnel during trial activities.
