There are various ways BioPharm supports efforts when configuring iReview and JReview depending on needs and future plans:

• Hold an initial workshop to review current processes and procedure with key member to better understand where we are today and where we want to be.
• Feedback processes are performed through the design and development to ensure user requirements are being met. Validation is completed on each object to ensure reports are as expected. In some cases, this is a necessary steps for those Clients having strict QA procedures on reporting clinical trial data.
• Knowledge transfers allows for a smooth Client associate adaption and ensures global librarian remain in an organized validated state.
• Standard Operating Procedure Packages are also available to further guide the Knowledge Transfer process.
