BioPharm System has developed customized training materials based on how the Client’s system will be configured, and train end users using a combination of classroom training and web-based training approaches.
Siebel Clinical User Guide will be created specifically to the modules and functionality that the Client deploys for its users. Any configuration changes to any screens, views, fields in the application will be incorporated in these training materials making them specific to the Client deployment of Siebel Clinical.
In addition to the User Guide or Manual, BioPharm will deliver Train the Trainer sessions to key resources from the Client who will be selected to deliver end user training. These sessions are designed to give these trainers in depth knowledge of the system as well as provide key guidance on how to train end-users on the system. If requested, BioPharm resources can be present for the first end-user training that is delivered to assess capability of trainers and provide additional guidance.
