BioPharm’s culture is both market-led and marketing-driven and as such Michelle plays an integral part in the development and implementation
of BioPharm's corporate strategy for new and existing services. Her specific responsibility is to ensure
that BioPharm's global sales revenue and profitability targets are exceeded and that the global marketing
campaigns result in optimal positioning and market leadership for the company in the clinical research sector.
She has a Masters degree in Business Administration as well as a Masters in Project Management, with a certification from Project Management Institute, which brings a wealth of business knowledge and organization to BioPharm Systems. She has previously worked in the clinical research organizational industry, heading up clinical trial efforts.
