JOHANNA HATLESTAD - Director of Quality Assurance
Johanna is responsible for overseeing all Quality Assurance functions at BioPharm. She has in-depth knowledge of clinical systems, clinical business processes, and computer systems validation; and over ten years of experience in project management.
Johanna has led over 150 GxP projects, including custom developed applications, off-the-shelf system implementations, hardware and software upgrades, data migrations, retrospective system validations, and system retirements. She also has led initiatives at several companies to establish processes and standards, such as Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management.
She has been an OCUG (now OHSUG) Focus Group Co-Chair, an OCUG conference speaker, and a constant advocate of innovative, risk-based approaches to leveraging technology in the life sciences industry.
