Krupa and I would like to share with you couple
observations related to Michelle's (Engler) performance. So far, we both our very impressed with how she handles the Simple
Forms Enhancement project. Michelle is open minded, creative, hard working developer and it is a pleasure to work with
her. In addition, on several occasions Michelle was available and very helpful in our negotiations with IT regarding
remote user access to the system. Thank you so much for assigning Michelle to this project and we hope that the final
product will be a reliable EDC solution satisfying most of our needs.

I just wanted to
let you know that we successfully closed our database this week. Given that we were doing
our pilot study just two months ago, I thought you might be inclined to celebrate
along with us. Thank you for doing such a great job. Atrix is off to the races with
our SOPs in place and another study already in production.

I just want
to say, "THANK YOU!" I truly appreciate the outstanding service and support
you provided to me. You were always available, always patient and helpful,
and always provided top-notch service and advice. I truly think BioPharm Systems
is awesome. It was very comforting to know you were there as we worked to
get OC up and running.

At times during
the past two years we've called upon BioPharm Systems for assistance in the
area of Oracle Clinical study design and preparation of Validation Procedures.
On each occasion you have provided us with highly experienced, professional
consultants that come in and get the job done. The real life experience they
bring has helped us to reduce development time, while ensuring complete accuracy...

None of the
trainees had any prior experience with Oracle Clinical and were able to follow
the material fairly easily. I feel that everyone learned a great deal. What
I thought was most interesting, is that Steve related a genuine "ownership"
to the application rather than just providing instructions on how to use it.
He had a difficult class to teach since backgrounds were very different, ranging
from systems managers to data entry people. Steve was able to explain things
well to everyone, adding extra details for the more technical people.
